Q:Do you offer Net-30 payment terms?
A: Net-30 terms are available for qualified accounts with established order history. Contact us to discuss credit terms.
Q:Can I order a sample before committing to a bulk order?
A: Yes. Smaller sizes are available so you can evaluate aroma, taste, and performance before placing a bulk order. If you're planning a larger purchase, ask our team about sample and trial options when requesting a quote.
Shipping & Delivery
Q:Where do you ship from?
A: All orders ship from our warehouse in Georgia, USA. This allows for fast 2-4 day delivery to most U.S. states.
Q:What shipping carriers do you use?
A: We ship via UPS and FedEx for standard orders. Pallet shipments are handled via LTL freight carriers.
Q:Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! Orders over $300 qualify for free ground shipping within the contiguous United States.
Q:Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we only ship within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact us directly.
Q:Do I need to manage customs clearance or import paperwork for US orders?
A: For items fulfilled from our Georgia warehouse, orders ship domestically within the United States. For special freight or bulk shipments, our team can guide you during the quoting process so logistics are clear before you order.
Q:Can I arrange local pickup from your Georgia warehouse?
A: Yes. If local pickup or customer-arranged freight is preferred, mention it when requesting a quote and we'll confirm availability and pickup details.
Products & Quality
Q:Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COA)?
A: Yes. COA, MSDS, and TDS documentation are available for all products upon request. Request it via our contact form or call us for a fast turnaround.
Q:What is the thymoquinone content in your Black Seed Oil?
A: Our standard Black Seed Oil contains 1.2–2.4% thymoquinone. Higher TQ concentrations (up to 3%) are available for custom orders.
Q:Are your products organic?
A: Our black seed oil is cold-pressed from Mediterranean-sourced Nigella sativa seeds. We do not currently hold USDA NOP organic certification. Contact us for COA and product documentation.
Q:What is the shelf life of your products?
A: Cold-pressed Black Seed Oil has a shelf life of 24 months when stored in a cool, dark place. Laurel Berry Oil lasts 24 months under similar conditions.
Q:Is your Black Seed Oil suitable for food and dietary supplement formulations?
A: Yes. Our cold-pressed Black Seed Oil is food-grade / edible and commonly used by supplement and food manufacturers. Technical specifications and supporting documentation (COA, MSDS, TDS) can be shared for R&D evaluation.
Q:Is your oil filtered, and will it contain sediment?
A: The oil is naturally settled and clarified to reduce heavy sediment while maintaining a full-spectrum profile. Some natural variation may occur by batch; specific clarity requirements can be discussed before ordering.

Q:Do you offer private label services?
A: Yes! We offer private label and white label options for most products. Minimum quantities apply—contact us for details.
Q:Can you source custom products?
A: Absolutely. If you need a specific product or formulation not in our catalog, our sourcing team can help. Let us know your requirements.
Q:What's the lead time for private label orders?
A: Standard private label orders typically ship within 2-3 weeks. Custom formulations may require additional time.
Q:Are you a broker or the direct manufacturer?
A: We are manufacturer-backed. Production is managed in Turkey, and distribution is handled through our US operation, helping ensure batch consistency, documentation, and reliable supply for wholesale buyers.
