Q:What are your minimum order quantities (MOQ)?
A: MOQs vary by product. For bottled Black Seed Oil the minimum is one 12-pack (any bottle size); 40-packs lower the per-unit price. Physical master cases hold 24 bottles (3.38 oz), 12 bottles (8 oz), or 6 bottles (16 oz) for freight and pallet planning. Bulk formats start at a single 1.25-gallon jug; drum and IBC tote orders are quoted per batch. Contact us for details.
Q:Do you offer volume discounts?
A: Pricing is set by pack size, not by order total: a 40-pack costs less per bottle than a 12-pack (3.38 oz and 8 oz), and at the same pack size a bigger bottle costs less per ounce. Online checkout is one pack per order. The 1.25-gallon jug has a published price; pails, drums, IBC totes and pallets are quoted per batch and volume—contact us for a quote.
Q:How do I request a wholesale quote?

Q:Do you offer Net-30 payment terms?
A: Net-30 terms are available for qualified accounts with established order history. Contact us to discuss credit terms.

Shipping & Delivery
Q:Where do you ship from?
A: All orders ship from our warehouse in Georgia, USA. Bottled orders ship within 3 business days, then take 3-5 business days in ground transit to most U.S. states.
Q:What shipping carriers do you use?
A: We ship via UPS and USPS for standard orders. Pallet shipments are handled via LTL freight carriers.
Q:Do you offer free shipping?
A: Free ground shipping may apply on $300+ quoted wholesale orders (continental US) — it is confirmed in your quote. Instant online orders are charged a live carrier ground rate calculated at checkout from your ZIP code.
Q:Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we only ship within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact us directly.
Q:Do I need to manage customs clearance or import paperwork for US orders?
A: For items fulfilled from our Georgia warehouse, orders ship domestically within the United States. For special freight or bulk shipments, our team can guide you during the quoting process so logistics are clear before you order.
Q:Can I arrange local pickup from your Georgia warehouse?
A: Yes. If local pickup or customer-arranged freight is preferred, mention it when requesting a quote and we'll confirm availability and pickup details.
Products & Quality
Q:Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COA)?
A: Yes. COA, MSDS, and TDS documentation are available for all products upon request. Request it via our contact form or call us for a fast turnaround.
Q:What is the thymoquinone content in your Black Seed Oil?
A: Our standard Black Seed Oil typically contains 1.2–2.4% thymoquinone, and current stock is standard grade. The exact figure for each batch is stated on its COA.
Q:Are your products organic?
A: Our black seed oil is cold-pressed from Mediterranean-sourced Nigella sativa seeds. Chestnut Supply is not USDA NOP certified. Certified organic lots are available in Turkey on request (not held in US stock); the lot's organic certificate is provided with the quote. Contact us for COA and product documentation.
Q:What is the shelf life of your products?
A: Cold-pressed Black Seed Oil has a shelf life of 24 months when stored in a cool, dark place. Laurel Berry Oil lasts 3 years under similar conditions.
Q:Is your Black Seed Oil suitable for food and dietary supplement formulations?
A: Yes. Our cold-pressed Black Seed Oil is food-grade / edible and commonly used by supplement and food manufacturers. Technical specifications and supporting documentation (COA, MSDS, TDS) can be shared for R&D evaluation.
Q:Is your oil filtered, and will it contain sediment?
A: The oil is naturally settled and clarified to reduce heavy sediment while maintaining a full-spectrum profile. Some natural variation may occur by batch; specific clarity requirements can be discussed before ordering.

Q:Do you offer private label services?

Q:What's the lead time for private label orders?
A: Standard private label orders typically ship within 2-3 weeks. Custom formulations may require additional time.
Q:Are you a broker or the direct manufacturer?
A: We are manufacturer-backed. Production is managed in Turkey, and distribution is handled through our US operation, helping ensure batch consistency, documentation, and reliable supply for wholesale buyers.
Returns & Support
Q:What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unopened, resalable products; opened items are not returnable and return shipping is paid by the buyer. Defective or incorrect items are replaced at no cost. See our full Refund Policy for details.

A: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll file a carrier claim and arrange replacement promptly.
