1Inspection & Return Window

All orders must be inspected within 48 hours of delivery. Return requests for unopened and unused products in original packaging must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

2Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Hygiene-sensitive items including oils and natural products
  • Custom, private label, or bulk wholesale orders

3Natural Product Disclaimer

Our products are 100% natural. Variations in color, scent, size, or texture may occur due to harvest and seasonal factors. These variations are natural characteristics and not considered defects.

4Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Approved claims will receive a replacement or refund at our discretion.

5Return Shipping

Approved returns must be shipped back at the customer's expense. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6Restocking Fee

Approved returns for unopened items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers inspection, handling, and restocking costs.

7Refund Processing

Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

8Wholesale Acknowledgement

By completing this purchase, the buyer acknowledges that this is a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale transaction, not a consumer retail sale.
