- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST are processed next business day
- Processing time: 1-2 business days
- Large or pallet orders may require additional processing time

6Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website.
7Damaged or Lost Shipments
- Inspect packages upon delivery
- Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery
- Take photos of damaged items and packaging
- We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange replacement
