What is the minimum order?
One 12-pack case. The smallest order is twelve bottles — the 3.38 oz 12-pack is $42.00. The 1.25-gallon jug is sold one at a time.
How much is shipping, and how fast does my order ship?
Cases ship by ground at the live UPS/USPS rate for your ZIP, shown on this page before you pay (packing included). The 1.25-gallon jug ships at a flat $10.00. Orders leave our Norcross, Georgia warehouse within 3 business days; ground transit is typically 3–5 business days. We ship within the United States only. Details: Shipping Policy.
Can I return a case?
Unopened, resalable items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, and approved returns carry a 15% restocking fee. Full terms: Return & Refund Policy.
Can I resell the bottles or put my own label on them?
Yes — these are wholesale cases for resale. Choose the Chestnut Supply label for retail-ready bottles, or white label to receive unlabeled bottles at the same price and apply your own labels. If you want custom labels printed and applied for you, see our private label program.
Does every batch come with a COA?
Yes. Each batch has a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis covering thymoquinone, fatty acid profile and purity; standard-grade oil runs 1.2–2.4% thymoquinone. MSDS and TDS are available too. See a sample COA.
Can I try a sample before ordering a case?
Yes, no purchase required. Request a sample — it ships with the batch COA from our Norcross, Georgia warehouse.
How do I pay?

What if I need more than a few cases?
